You know when I first became a manager I felt fear, overwhelm, anxiety, doubt and much more. The knowledge that I was responsible for a group of people, and the outcomes for everything made me anxious. So then I had to intentionally study, read, invest and search out resources in order to get out of that first I would say year that was troublesome.
