Educating new managers from Florida
I typically don’t offer crash courses/one-off trainings as I don’t believe they are particularly impactful.
While the time investment might seem enticing, the ROI of the training is minimal due to the overwhelming amount of information provided in a short period of time. I believe in iterative learning where managers are able to reflect, implement and as a result make traction on what they are learning.

Our programs are designed to be easily digestible and quick to complete. Our programs have video and audio modules so your new manager can learn on the car ride to work, at home and on the weekends. They can learn on the go and show up Monday morning, ready to dive right in with the company.
