No but really. This is the kinda content that’s actually healthy to binge. In fact, you become more of an awesomesauce manager with every video you watch.
One of the most common workplace challenges is definitely team conflict!
But I mean how can it not be right? Here are a group of people coming together with various backgrounds and viewpoints. Thoughts, communication and ideas are bound to clash here and there.
So it’s inevitable that you will have to deal with issues here and there.
Now I know team conflict and drama is nothing any of us want to deal with. Wouldn’t it be nice if everyone just got along all the time and there were never any issues? You know back in the day – I would have probably answered that question with a resounding yes. But now that I know better I’m actually okay to spend time on conflict because some of the best things come from conflict.
Now obviously some of the worst things can come from conflict – but that’s really only when it’s left unchecked, or in other words not handled properly.
